Welcome to MakeAutocracyGoAway.com and MakeDemocracyStrongAgain.com (the “Site”), trade names of No Mas Merch LLC, a limited liability company registered in the state of New Mexico d/b/a Make Autocracy Go Away and Make Democracy Strong Again (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our Site and services. By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

 Our store is hosted on Squarespace, which provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

1. Use of the Site

You may use the Site only if you are at least 18 years old or under the supervision of a parent or guardian. You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that might harm, disrupt, or interfere with our operations or other users.

2. Products and Fulfillment

All products sold on this Site are made-to-order and fulfilled by third-party vendors, including Printful. We do not manufacture or hold inventory. Shipping and production timelines are estimates and subject to change. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party services.

3. Orders and Payments

We use Squarespace to process payments securely. By placing an order, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice.

4. Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of print-on-demand products, we only offer refunds or replacements for defective or damaged items. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us at support@MakeAutocracyGoAway.com within 7 days of receiving the item.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site—including text, graphics, logos, images, and designs—is owned or licensed by No Mas Merch LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, No Mas Merch LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any products purchased through it.
