At MakeAutocracyGoAway.com, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your order. Since our products are custom printed on demand by Printful, we unfortunately cannot offer returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or damaged.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will request a photo of the item and work with Printful to either issue a refund or send you a replacement at no additional cost.

Order Errors
If there’s a mistake with your order that is our responsibility (e.g., the wrong design or wrong size), we will work with Printful to rectify the issue by providing a replacement.

Wrong Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We cannot be responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges unless the product is damaged or defective. If you need a different size, color, or design, you may need to place a new order.

Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. After that, the order will be processed and cannot be canceled.

Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by shipping carriers. However, if your order is delayed or lost in transit, please contact us, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
